Yesterday we learned everyone is descended from the first two people God created. Therefore, there’s only one race—the human race.

But if we’re all one race, why are there different people groups around the world. Where’d they come from?

Well, the Bible gives us the answer!

After the global flood, the human population gathered together in rebellion against God. God confused their languages, forcing them to spread out and fill the earth. As they moved around the world, each group took unique combinations of genetic information with them. And soon, well, different people groups and cultures arose.

But everyone traces their ancestry back to Noah . . . and then, back to Adam and Eve.
