A Lot of Time . . . or a Lot of Water?

What shaped our earth: a lot of time, or a lot of water? These are the two primary interpretations of the rock layers and fossils.

One view, points to slow, gradual processes over millions of years. The other says that a lot of water … a global flood … rapidly laid down the rock layers and fossils. Now, this global flood, and events afterward, are responsible for the features we see today.

The first view—the slow one—came about because people ignored God’s Word. But the Bible gives us the true history of the world: it was written by the eyewitness to all history!

We should look to God’s Word. And it’s confirmed by science.
