The Bible tells us about Lot, a righteous man who lived in Sodom. It declares he was constantly troubled by the evil he saw around him.
That describes many Christians today. We look around at all the sins that’re celebrated as good things, and our hearts are burdened for the lost.
But, you know, because God’s Word is true, we have hope. The Bible tells us one day God will make all things right. One day there’ll be no more sin, and all sin will be judged righteously.
But, in the meantime, we’re called to make disciples, do the King’s business, and contend for the faith. In the midst of darkness, we shine the light of Christ. Let’s proclaim the gospel … and the truth of his Word … to others.
