Have you ever wondered how we got diamonds? It’s popular to claim they’re billions of years old—and we’ve all heard the saying, “Diamonds are forever.” But they’re really not!
See, diamonds have been tested for traces of carbon-14. Now, Carbon-14 is only detectable up to eighty thousand years, at most. So, if diamonds are billions of years old, there shouldn’t be any carbon-14 in them. But there was!
Diamonds aren’t billions of years old. They were created by God at the beginning and brought closer to the surface during the unique conditions of the global flood.
Next time you see a diamond, remember: it’s an example of God’s mercy … even in judgment.
