What Decides Truth?

Christians today are increasingly persuaded that homosexual behavior is not a sin. But what decides truth? Is it someone’s personal story, or is it God’s Word?

See, the Bible tells us that Scripture is God-breathed—and it’s useful for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness. So if we want to know about something, we need to look to God’s Word first. And it’s clear that God designed marriage to be between one man and one woman. Anything outside of that goes against God’s design and is sinful.

People’s experiences, however convincing they may sound, don’t determine truth. Don’t be swayed by man’s arguments. Trust God and his Word.
