Rejoice in God’s Word

We’ve an amazing resource at our fingertips. It’s a resource that claims to be a fountain of wisdom, that details God’s sovereign acts through history, It lays out the plan for our redemption, and even tells how the cosmos will end. This resource is, of course, the Bible! Yes, reading God’s Word should give us comfort, peace, and hope as we face troubling and scary times.

The psalmist writes that he delights in God’s testimonies as much as he delights in riches. He rejoiced in God’s Word and in the wisdom found in it.

Do you rejoice in God’s Word? Does it warm your heart and bring you hope? It should! And you should be sharing that with your family.
