This is Ken Ham, on a mission to call the church back to God’s Word and the gospel.
Today we’re finishing a series on the basics of creation. This last one is found in Genesis chapter eleven.
After Noah’s Flood, God commanded Noah’s descendants to fill the earth. Eventually they decided they didn’t want to do that. They stayed together and built a city and tower. So God confused their languages, forcing them to spread out and fill the earth.
This event is very important because it explains how the human gene pool was split up. It eventually resulted in different cultures and ethnicities.
You see, the Bible’s clear—we’re all one race, descended from Adam and Eve—and made in God’s image. The reason we look a little different is because of the events at the Tower of Babel.
Ken Ham is the CEO and founder of Answers in Genesis-US, the highly acclaimed Creation Museum, and the world-renowned Ark Encounter. Ken Ham is one of the most in-demand Christian speakers in North America.
