Remembering on Memorial Day

Here in the USA, today is Memorial Day. It’s a national holiday when Americans remember those in the military who’ve died in service.
You know, it’s very easy to get distracted on a long weekend like this. But let’s not forget the sacrifice of so many in the military. Their sacrifice preserved the freedoms Americans enjoy today. Sadly, many of these freedoms are being stripped away, and we need to boldly stand for truth and preserve them.
As we remember those brave service members who died fighting for America, let’s also remember Jesus Christ. He’s the One who died to save us from our sin. He’s made the way of salvation for you and me, and I urge you to believe and repent today.
