Happy Mother’s Day!

This Sunday is Mother’s Day in the United States, a time set aside to appreciate and celebrate our mothers.

Now, some parents look around and see what appear to be perfect families. They feel discouraged. They wonder what they’re doing wrong with theirs!

But every family, no matter how great they look, has problems of its own. This all goes back to Genesis. You see, when Adam and Eve sinned, they brought suffering and disobedience into the world. Mums, because of sin, you now have a very hard job!

Today we want to say: “thank you” for the hard work and prayers you pour into the lives of your children. Don’t be discouraged—you’re appreciated.
