Transcript

Around 65% of young people in our churches believe “good” people get to heaven. This idea comes from society, which claims you just have to be good and sincere to get into heaven.

But Scripture teaches that we’re all sinners—and that our own righteousness is filthy rags. You see, we’re all descended from the first man, Adam, and we’ve all inherited his sin nature. On our own, there’s nothing we can do about our sinful state. But Jesus Christ stepped into history, taking our penalty of death upon himself on the Cross. He defeated sin and death, and he offers the free gift of eternal life to all who’ll believe.

Salvation is found in Christ alone.
