Transcript

This week we’ve been looking at how teaching the Bible chronologically makes it come alive. It connects the dots and flow of biblical history and see God’s hand throughout history.

But we also need to connect the Bible with the world around us. As you teach God’s Word, show how it connects with archaeology, geology, biology, and anthropology. People need to see that the Bible is not some story book full of just moral truths. It’s a book of history! It connects with real people, places, and events in history.

And this unleashes a powerful truth. If we can trust what the Bible says about history, we can trust what it says about the gospel based in that history!
