Computer modeling of nuclear fusion in the sun’s core using evolutionary dates has come up with a prediction that the sun was fainter in the past and has brightened over time.

But if this is true, the sun would have been 30 percent dimmer at the time when life is thought to have first evolved. The earth would have been so cold the crust and oceans would have been frozen solid!

And, adding to the problem, geologic evidence suggests the earth was much warmer in the past—an interpretation shared by evolutionists and creationists. But, in an evolutionary view, the sun was dimmer in the past, so earth should have been cooler.

Evolutionary and old age ideas simply aren’t confirmed by the evidence.
