Giraffes Turn into Giraffes!

Until recently, giraffes were considered all one species. But, based on new research, there are now four species of giraffes. These species are as genetically distinct from one another as polar bears and grizzlies.

When this giraffe research became news, some headlines proclaimed it as evidence of evolution. But are giraffes turning into giraffes really evolution?

No. God created the giraffe kind with an incredible amount of variety. This helps giraffes survive a changing environment. That is why we find some members of the giraffe kind on a safari, while the okapi, another member of the giraffe kind, hides in the forest.
