According to secular geologists, the rock layers were laid down slowly over millions of years. But there are big problems with this idea.

For example, here in Kentucky, there are upright trees that grow through many layers of coal. But this coal is supposed to have formed over millions of years.

How could a tree remain upright—and intact—over millions of years? It couldn’t!

Rock layers don’t provide evidence of slow processes. A much better explanation is that they were laid down in a global catastrophe. The Flood of Noah’s day provides the ideal conditions to form fossils, rock layers, and coal.

When we start with the God’s Word, what we see in the world makes sense.
