Racism is still alive in America, as tragic events over the last two years have clearly showed. What does the Bible teach about this important topic?

In Genesis we read that God created Adam and Eve in His image. They were the first people, and we are all their descendants. So . . . where did all the people groups come from?

Well, after the global Flood of Noah’s day, mankind disobeyed God. So God confused their language, forcing them to spread over the earth. People of different language groups took different physical characteristics around the world. This led to the development of what some people call “races.” But there is only one race—the human race!

In the Bible, there is absolutely no room for racism.
