Today is Halloween, and thousands of children will hit the streets looking for candy and treats. This evening can be a very dark holiday, and many Christians question if believers should have anything to do with it. Well, here is one thing you can definitely do today—share the gospel!

If candy is attached, kids—and even parents—are open to accepting almost anything into their goodie basket—including gospel tracts! You can take a holiday that is focused on death and use it to show people Jesus Christ—the One who came, defeated death, rose again, and offers eternal life.

Just as the Apostle Paul used a pagan altar to preach the gospel, we can take a dark holiday and proclaim the light of Christ.
