Evolutionists use man’s ideas about the past to interpret the evidence.

Biblical creationists, though, start with God’s Word. So it is no surprise we often disagree! But there are some things we can agree on.

We both observe the basic order of the fossil record. It starts with single-celled creatures, then sea creatures, then different land animals. But we disagree on why there is order.

Evolutionists say it represents millions of years of history. But God’s Word teaches there was a global Flood. It would have buried billions of creatures, starting from the sea floor and moving onto the continents. So the order in the record makes sense!
