Freedom—It Needs to Be Protected

Today, Americans pause to honor those who have given their lives for our freedom. We are so thankful for their sacrifice and for the sacrifice of their families.

But, sadly, the freedom that these brave men and women have fought for is disappearing across the nation. And it is largely not because of an outside war or threat. It is because our nation has turned away from God and His Word. Those who live according to God’s Word are being punished for it because what the Bible teaches goes against what our culture values. And this is only going to increase as our culture becomes more secular.

We need to pray that the freedom that came at such a high cost will be protected here in America.
