A Busy Year

This year (2009) has been my busiest year yet. Over the last eleven months I have had the opportunity of speaking all over the United States—to churches both big and small. I have found a great hunger in these places for solid biblical answers to the issues of the age. So many people have told me how the ministry of Answers in Genesis has blessed them. How many times have I heard, “I never thought about it that way!”?

In addition to church conferences, the Lord has allowed me to speak at homeschool conferences, Christian schools, Bible clubs, and hospitals. These are always special events, as I acutely understand the need to train up the next generation to boldly stand on the authority of God’s Word.

As the year winds to a close, I have only one more conference before the holidays. I will be speaking in Fargo, North Dakota, on December 6–7. I would ask our AiG family to keep this conference in their prayers.

Also, I would ask for your prayers that the holiday season would be a time of refreshing for all the AiG speaking staff. With all our travels, having time away from the office with our families is special indeed.

I look forward to ministry in 2010. I praise the Lord for the privilege of having a part in the ministry of Answers in Genesis.
