Was the Ark Encounter Responsible for “January 6”?

At the Ark Encounter, we teach that dinosaurs were on Noah’s Ark. We do this because the Genesis text is clear that two of every kind of land animal (seven pairs of some) went on Noah’s Ark. Dinosaurs are land animals, so two of every kind of dinosaur (60–80 kinds) would’ve been on the Ark (those not on the Ark drowned, and many became the fossils we find today). At the Ark Encounter, we feature several pairs of beautifully sculpted dinosaurs to answer the question of how dinosaurs could have fit—most weren’t really that large and even the large ones were once much smaller juveniles!

Well, a reporter recently made a video mocking me and the idea of dinosaurs at the Ark Encounter. But then she made a really bizarre claim—she connected dinosaurs on the Ark with, get this, the events of January 6 at the Capitol! I certainly didn’t expect that leap of logic! Well, it is not logic; it’s illogical.
