Ministry Update: AiG Impacts Future Pastors in Peru

Joe Owen (the tall one in the photo below) recently shared with me that the Seminario Bíblico Alianza del Perú (the Alliance Biblical Seminary of Peru), the Christian and Missionary Alliance’s national seminary in Peru, has officially come into a ministry agreement with AiG as the apologetics ministry that will teach at their seminary. It took years to gain their trust, and we’re so thankful they are allowing AiG to be involved in impacting future pastors and Christian leaders in Peru.

Seminary representatives and directors, along with key pastors of the large churches from the denomination, recently spent the week at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. During the morning, they received teaching from our speakers, and in the afternoon, they used our guidebooks, translated into Spanish, to learn from the exhibits. The professors also enjoyed personalized tours from Arturo Valdebenito (one of our international outreach speakers), who was available to answer any questions about the exhibits.

Really, this new partnership is a historic event for both AiG and the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Peru. It has been a long time coming, but the Lord has opened the doors for AiG to give a biblical apologetic, starting with Genesis 1–11, to pastors, professors, students, and church members.
