How do we know what dinosaurs or other extinct creatures from the fossil record looked like? Well, we often don’t! What we typically find are bits and pieces in the fossil record, and paleoartists interpret the evidence to try to reconstruct what the creature may have looked like—and they usually start with an evolutionary worldview and assumptions. So what happens when a creationist paleoartist draws a dinosaur?
