It’s officially open!
Our beautiful Plants of the Bible Conservatory is finally officially open after a special ribbon-cutting ceremony (it’s been unofficially open since the day after Thanksgiving). I thought you’d enjoy some beautiful photos of the ceremony and the complex of four glass greenhouses.
As you can see in the photos, each greenhouse has unique plants that grow in a particular climate: tropical, Mediterranean, temperate, and arid. There is also a section housing Australian plants, including a bottle tree my wife, Mally, cared for over many years before giving it to the attraction. The Acacia Gift Shop associated with the greenhouses is also now open.
Come and see the largest conservatory in Kentucky and the only “plants of the Bible” conservatory in the world. Enjoy it, along with our stunning garden of lights, live dramas, live nativity, hands-on family programs, and so much more during ChristmasTown at the Creation Museum, happening evenings Tuesday–Saturday, November 29, 2024–January 4, 2025 (closed Christmas Eve and Day). It’s all for only the cost of parking.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
