Construction Update: Creation Museum’s Eden Zoo

The new, greatly expanded Eden Zoo will consist of a collection of exotic and domestic animals and a walkthrough wallaby enclosure. All of our animals will enjoy new exhibit areas, and many new animals are arriving.

The construction crews have all the buildings up and are now finishing electrical and applying stucco to the outside of the buildings. Also, the concrete has been poured for the large, outdoor Animal Actors Stage. The zoo complex will be opened sometime this summer. Construction has been delayed somewhat because of all the rain, but it’s exciting to see this new facility nearing completion.
