The AiG ministry recently hosted our first-ever Catalyst program, headed up by our new Executive CEO, Martyn Iles. This inaugural event invited young people from Australia to come to Northern Kentucky for nearly two weeks of worldview training. Of course, that included spending time at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, along with touring the AiG design studios, our shipping facility, our new HQ building, and our Christian school, Answers Academy. It was an incredibly impactful time for them.

Over 70 young people participated in the program, and their biblical worldview was strengthened so that they could take what they learned back to their friends and family in Australia. In addition to the worldview training, they also did a number of fun things, including visiting other attractions, a riverboat cruise on the Ohio River, hiking at Red River Gorge, and more.

At the end of the trip, it was an emotional day as all of the young people returned to Australia. They gave wonderful testimonies about how they had been so impacted spiritually by this trip. One of the comments that came up over and over was the love they experienced from the AiG staff and volunteers who looked after them.

There’s no doubt they will never forget this special time.

There’s no doubt they will never forget this special time. And I’m sure we will have a waiting list for next year’s program once this group raves about their experience with us—indeed, registrations have already been pouring in, and we hope to expand this program in the future. We pray God’s blessing on this very dedicated group of godly people as they return to their homeland.

I was thrilled at the caliber and Christian dedication of these young people who sincerely desire to make an impact for the Lord. What a blessing they are to their home country of Australia.

I also wanted to say a special thank you to all of our supporters who donated toward the housing facility at the Ark. It’s because we had the ability to house these young people so conveniently that we were able to host Catalyst. Thank you for giving—you were part of impacting young people from the other side of the world!

I encourage you to support this year’s end-of-year projects, including a new biblical identity exhibit at the Creation Museum. This exhibit will be especially impactful for young people who are overwhelmed with the tide of unbiblical identity teaching in today’s world. Every gift is matched, dollar-for-dollar, through the end of the year, up to $8 million.

We’re excited to see what the Lord does through the Catalyst program!

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
