Tomorrow is Sanctity of Life Sunday—a day set aside to celebrate the value of every human life, mourn the tragic consequences of the 1973 Roe v. Wade court decision that legalized abortion in the United States, and educate others (particularly in churches) about why every human life is precious.
In December we launched a new web series on the Answers in Genesis’ website titled “Prenatal Development: Life of an Unborn Baby.” Beginning with the moment of fertilization, this series shares what is happening in the womb as the unborn baby grows, fearfully and wonderfully being knit together by God (Psalm 139:14). These fascinating facts are woven together with apologetics teaching that address common questions and objections to the biblical, pro-life view. It’s an excellent series, and I encourage you to read and share the articles with others, beginning today to prepare for Sanctity of Life Sunday.
Another way to equip yourself to think biblically on this vital issue, and have answers for those who disagree with what Scripture teaches, is by attending our upcoming “Life is Precious” conference, taking place at the Ark Encounter this Friday, January 28, 2022, south of Cincinnati. You’ll hear from Dr. Georgia Purdom, Stacia McKeever, Camille Cates, and me on preparing yourself to stand for life, knowing every human life is precious and made in God’s image (Genesis 1:27). Ark Encounter admission is included with your conference registration.
And plan your visit to the Creation Museum to experience our Fearfully and Wonderfully Made exhibit—the most powerful pro-life exhibit in the world. Our stunning and lifelike baby models, together with the biblical and scientific teaching on the signage, show how God knits a baby together and how precious each life is. Plan your visit at CreationMuseum.org.

As you can see from the resources we offer, we’re passionate about life and obeying what Proverbs 31:8–9 says,
Open your mouth for the mute,
for the rights of all who are destitute.
Open your mouth, judge righteously,
defend the rights of the poor and needy.
