Yes, we’re already starting to think about fall events here. In just one month, the first of our fall events takes place over two days—Día Latino at the Ark Encounter, October 16, and Creation Museum, October 17. This special Spanish-speaking event takes place every fall and is growing in popularity each year as families from across the US and Latin America arrive at our attractions in N. Kentucky for two days of fun, fellowship, and diving deep into the truth of God’s Word.
Spanish signage and captions will be available, along with Spanish interpreters, so Spanish speakers can hear the truth from God’s Word and the gospel in their first language.
Here’s what you can expect during Día Latino: on October 16, guests will tour the full-size Noah’s Ark (with three decks of stunning teaching exhibits), meet animals in Ararat Ridge Zoo, and play with their children on our state-of-the-art playground. And we’re excited that our guests will enjoy an evangelistic concert featuring talented musicians from the church Nuevo Horizonte from Woodstock, Georgia. Spanish signage and captions will be available, along with Spanish interpreters, so Spanish speakers can hear the truth from God’s Word and the gospel in their first language.
The following day, Sunday, October 17, is Día Latino at the Creation Museum. It begins with a powerful Spanish worship service in Legacy Hall, followed by guests touring the Creation Museum’s “walk through” biblical history—including seeing our brand-new Borderland: Israel in the Time of Jesus exhibit—plus a fantastic Dinosaur Den, insectarium, high-tech 4D Special Effects Theater and our Stargazer Planetarium (additional ticket required), and more.
And there’s more to do outside the museum. Guests can have a high-flying adventure on the Screaming Raptor Zip Lines (additional ticket purchase required), meet the animals in Eden Animal Experience, join the children on the state-of-the-art playground, and stroll through the gorgeous botanical gardens, featuring waterfalls, a suspension bridge, and more—12 different stunning gardens in all. Spanish translators will be available throughout the grounds to assist you all day.
Be sure to share this event with others and invite them to join you at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum for Día Latino. Learn more on the events page of our website.
