Meet the Team: Customer Service and Warehouse

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we at Answers in Genesis are operating with just a fraction of our normal staff. Unfortunately, due to the closure of the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum (though we re-open June 8), we had to temporarily lay off 80% of our staff. Those who remain have been working extra hard to keep the ministry running to spread the message of the truth of God’s Word and the gospel—and be a blessing to families, individuals, and churches during this time. In my blog today I’d like you to meet two of these hard-working teams—customer service staff and warehouse employees.

These two teams work in tandem to ensure that supporters can order resources and have them shipped to their homes and churches in a timely manner.

Our customer service staff has continued to answer the phones and help customers place orders, but they’ve been doing this from their own homes instead of from the offices. This has been a blessing to so many supporters who have been ordering our materials, which will encourage and equip them (and their families) during this time.

The warehouse team then ships these orders, ensuring everyone gets what they need quickly. These orders have been invaluable in keeping the ministry operational during this time of severely decreased revenue. We’re thankful for everyone who has ordered resources and for our hard-working teams who have sent these Bible-affirming resources out to these supporters.
