As the current COVID-19 situation stretches from days to weeks, many individuals and families are feeling discouraged. Well, we’ve recorded a special concert with the Ark Encounter’s resident artists, Steve Hess & Southern Salvation, to uplift you and your family. And this concert will include a musical item featuring me. I don’t often perform publicly, but I thought you might enjoy the special surprise.
This concert will air from my public Facebook page Friday, March 27, at 7 p.m. Eastern Time.
During this livestream concert, we will also take time to pray for America and other nations.
During this livestream concert, we will also take time to pray for America and other nations. It will be a time of singing, rejoicing, worshipping, and having some fun moments. It was particularly recorded for this current coronavirus situation. I encourage you to tune in and rejoice with us, for our God is good and sovereign no matter the circumstances swirling around us.
Also, airing this weekend will be a special livestream just for kids. I’ll be visiting Beans Café and Bakery in Dry Ridge, Kentucky (five miles from the Ark Encounter), to learn how to bake some new items. This will be conducted Saturday, March 28 at 3 p.m. ET, and Sunday, March 29, at 3 p.m. ET. If you missed last weekend’s livestreams from Beans Cafe, you can find them on our YouTube channel. (And you’ll actually get to see me in a hairnet. Well, at least my wife said I looked cute!)
On Saturday and Sunday evening, at 7 p.m. ET, you’ll hear from Answers in Genesis research scientist Dr. Nathaniel Jeanson as he shares an update on his exciting research into the human genome. His long-time study is absolutely fascinating and groundbreaking, and I think you’ll be intrigued by what this Harvard-trained scientist has to share. Don’t miss parts three and four this weekend (find part 1 and part 2 on our Answers in Genesis YouTube channel).
Be sure to “like” and follow my Facebook page to watch these livestreams, and many others, taking place during this unique time in history.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
