Christmas Town features a free live nativity that recreates the events surrounding our Savior’s birth, and a spectacularly unique garden of tens of thousands of gorgeous lights rivaling anything in the area (our grounds crew is already hard at work getting everything set up!). There is no cost to walk the beautiful grounds and see the nativity. Meanwhile, we have a discounted admission of $5 to the Creation Museum after 5 p.m. on Christmas Town nights. Also, a special Stargazer’s Planetarium show about the mysterious star that brought the Magi to Jesus is $7.95 per ticket. And as usual, there will be delicious food and hot drinks to purchase.
New this year, in the museum’s 900-seat auditorium known as Legacy Hall, will be Christmas concerts featuring talented artists such as the Foto Sisters. Guests of all ages will enjoy uplifting Christmas music at these free concerts taking place at 5 and 7 p.m. each evening!
The Christmas Town dates for 2016 are every evening from December 16–23 and 26–30 from 5–8 p.m. (closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
We hope you will join us in catching a glimpse at the wonder and excitement of the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
