We live in a society that is filled with questions, but the answers our culture gives often run contrary to God’s Word. Instead of being based on the firm, unchanging foundation of Scripture, culture’s answers are based on man’s opinions. But many of the people in our churches—especially young people—are being drawn into thinking like the world, rather than starting their thinking with God’s Word.
Providing Practical Training and Solid Answers
Answers in Genesis is passionate about partnering with the church by providing practical training and solid answers to the questions of our day. That’s why every year we hold a special conference for pastors and other Christian leaders (and, really, anyone who wants to attend) here at the Creation Museum. Practical Answers for Pastors and Christian Leaders features world-class apologetics teaching from pastors and apologists on practical topics that many Christians now face. This conference will help equip you to be a preacher of righteousness in our increasingly secular age.
Registration includes in-depth teaching sessions with Dr. Terry Mortenson, Dr. Georgia Purdom, Dr. Tommy Mitchell, Bodie Hodge, Dr. Andrew Snelling, Bryan Osborne, Dr. Corey Abney, Dr. Johnny Hunt, Brad Bigney, Rose Colón, and me. There will also be special panel Q&A sessions. Included is complimentary admission to both the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum.
I’m particularly looking forward to hearing our good friend Pastor Johnny Hunt. As the former president of the Southern Baptist Convention, he will share wisdom gained after decades of preaching and shepherding the flock at his influential church in Woodstock, Georgia (where he’s had me speak). I think his keynote talk will be one of the most practical sessions for pastors at this conference.
