Renew-A-Thon Will Be a Unique Vacation Experience

by Ken Ham on May 23, 2016

Our exciting upcoming event, Renew-A-Thon, just got better! This at-your-own-pace conference at the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter will be a tremendous experience. Though the event lasts for two weeks (August 1–13, 2016), the teaching sessions happen multiple times. So you can pick and choose when you want to come and how long you want to stay. Come for three days, a week, or the whole two weeks—it’s totally up to you!

We used the word renew in the conference name to help describe how Christian families can be spiritually fed and physically refreshed during this special series of events.

Renew-A-Thon includes daily teaching from Answers in Genesis speakers here at the Creation Museum in Northern Kentucky. Included in the registration are tickets to see two shows in our world-class Stargazer’s Planetarium, priority booking for children and family workshops, complimentary camel ride and mining sluice experience at the Creation Museum, and, of course, tickets to the Creation Museum and the brand-new Ark Encounter. And we’ve added more features to this exciting event to make the experience even more enjoyable.

We are happy to announce that Renew-A-Thon tickets now include a pass for seven consecutive days of unlimited admission to both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter (previously only one visit to the Ark Encounter was included). You can visit as many times as you want during the week! This change was added to allow more flexibility in your schedule and to provide you with more opportunities during Renew-A-Thon to visit the Ark Encounter, 40 interstate miles from the museum. And the photo ID pass that you’ll receive will make a great souvenir of your trip.

In addition, your Renew-A-Thon pass includes free parking at the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter for the duration of your pass. This is a daily $5 value at the Creation Museum and a $10 value at the Ark Encounter.

This unique event is being held during our 40 Days and 40 Nights program at the Ark. For the first 40 days after the Ark opens, the Creation Museum will be open 9 a.m.–9 p.m. The Ark will be open for daytime tickets 9 a.m.–4 p.m. and nighttime tickets 5 p.m.–midnight. As you plan to attend the speaking sessions at the museum, there will be plenty of time to experience all that the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter have to offer.

Renew-A-Thon will be an incredible time of teaching and experiencing the Creation Museum and the brand-new Ark Encounter attraction. It will be a family vacation like no other.

You can view a full schedule and register on our events page.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
