Watch this video by Dr. Tommy Mitchell, a medical doctor who was scheduled to speak at the event, as he answers the question: when does life begin?
Answers in Genesis is much more than a creation/evolution ministry. AiG promotes biblical authority from Genesis all the way to Revelation. But because so much of the attack on the Word of God today is directed at the first 11 chapters of Genesis, we find ourselves defending the historicity of the Bible’s very first book most of all—plus presenting the doctrines that are contained in those chapters. Because we are all created in God’s image (Genesis 1:26), that truth helps form our view on abortion.
I have been privileged to speak a few times around the country about this evil, pointing out that over 55 million babies have been aborted in America since 1973, the year that the US Supreme Court issued its infamous Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion.
On January 22, the 43rd anniversary of this “culture wars” decision will be commemorated (sometimes even celebrated, by groups like Planned Parenthood). To help Christians become better equipped to offer scientific and biblical reasons as to why life begins at fertilization, we are hosting a special free event at the Creation Museum on January 22. At 6:45 p.m. on this Friday evening, we are holding a special event called “No Choice but Pro Life.” Our special speaker flying in from Florida will be Ty Benbow, author of a new pro-life novel titled I’m Not Real. Ty’s talk on January 22 is “2016: The Year of Life.” After Ty’s presentation, Dr. Tommy Mitchell of our staff, who is a medical doctor, will authoritatively answer the question, “When Does Life Begin?”
I will be speaking on “Abortion, Sacrifice, and the Tree of Death” to lead off the conference.
I am happy to report that because we have an excellent relationship with pro-life groups in our Cincinnati area, we will be receiving a love offering to benefit two of these groups.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
