I’ve had the privilege of meeting with many of the different founders and leaders of other local ministries over the past few years, and I’m happy that Joe Dusing of H.O.P.E. came to visit our Creation Museum recently.
H.O.P.E. stands for “Helping Out People Everywhere,” and the ministry (based in the county where we are building the Ark) focuses on serving the homeless and needy people in this region by providing food, clothing, shelter, practical help, and of course the gospel of Jesus Christ. Joe was able to share about this important humanitarian ministry with the AiG staff, and later we were able to discuss how we can partner with each other, especially with the opening of the Ark coming this July.
It’s encouraging to meet with other brothers and sisters in Christ in our area who stand on the authority of God’s Word and serve in the body of Christ in a way that is different than how we do it here at Answers in Genesis, the Creation Museum, and the Ark Encounter, and is no doubt serving a need in this Northern Kentucky region.
I encourage you to find out more about H.O.P.E., and of course we invite you to visit the Ark Encounter when it opens in July! Don’t forget to get your boarding passes so you can be one of the first on the ship. Lifetime boarding passes will no longer be offered after May 31, 2016.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
