Planned Parenthood’s Inconsistency

by Ken Ham on November 17, 2015

America’s abortion giant Planned Parenthood recently took to Twitter in an apparent attempt to express their support of Hillary Clinton by using a statement like the one she has made in a debate and on her website,

Hillary Clinton Tweet

So Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion provider, really believes that “every child deserves the opportunity to live up to their God given potential”? Of course they don’t! If they did, they would stop murdering millions of them in their mother’s wombs! This is an utterly—I would say ridiculously—inconsistent statement for them to be making (or for Clinton to be making, for that matter, since she is overwhelmingly pro-abortion). They can’t affirm that every child deserves an opportunity to achieve God-given potential and then turn around and take away this potential by butchering countless unborn children!

Of course, in a biblical worldview, every child is valuable and “deserves the opportunity to live up to their God given potential” because they are made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). It doesn’t matter if they are born or unborn—every person has intrinsic worth and value. But this is an idea that’s only consistent with a biblical worldview—not with one that murders unborn babies. I encourage you to pray that those who recognize the worth of some people but not others will realize their inconsistency and be drawn to the only source of truth, God’s Word, and the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ.

You can find out more about the biblical view of abortion and why it is really murdering a child on our topic page.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
