Answers in Genesis, our Creation Museum, and future Ark Encounter have made it a priority to become involved in our local community through a variety of ways. This includes our membership in our local chamber of commerce, as we network with various business and civic leaders and introduce them to our work in their “backyard.”
During a recent breakfast presentation at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the president of the regional convention and visitors bureau, Eric Summe, mentioned the impact of the Creation Museum on the regional economy. He said he looked forward to the “incredible” possibilities of the future Ark Encounter as it should bring in at least 1.6 million visitors in year one—and even more if the economy is not struggling.
