Eye Has Not Seen

As I looked out of the seaside apartment we are staying at in Australia, I couldn't help but notice the beauty in the evening sky. So, on Wednesday evening, 22nd of June, at 5:30 pm Queensland time (14 hours ahead of EST in USA), 2005, I took the four attached photographs.

Even in a fallen world, we see beauty. Then I thought of the Scripture in 1 Corinthians 2:9:

"But as it is written: 'Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.'"

We can't even imagine the beauty that awaits Christians in Heaven! Enjoy the photographs of the moon and the fading sun, and ponder 1 Corinthians 2:9.
