In the midst of quarantine, many churches have had to postpone or cancel summer VBS programs and seek out other ways to minister to their congregations and communities. We know VBS is a vital outreach for sharing the gospel and training children up in the truth of God’s Word. That’s why we’re offering one of our previous VBS programs, IncrediWorld: A Thrill Ride Through God’s Creation, in an easy-to-use format for FREE ($49.99 value)!
This program has been adapted so families can host a “VBS-at-Home.” This allows families to enjoy VBS at home with their children or even host a small backyard VBS for neighbors (while following local stay-at-home or social distancing orders). This has great potential to impact children and their parents as they discover God as the Creator of the incredible world around us.
This program is also available for churches to use in an online setting. For churches who would still like to host a VBS this year but aren’t able to host an in-person program, IncrediWorld has been formatted for a church to provide instruction for simplified games, crafts, snacks, and lessons through pre-recorded videos or live video meet-ups. More details on how to do this can be found in the introduction portion of the curriculum. (For churches who are able to host in-person programs, please see Mystery Island, which is our full-scale program for 2020 and 2021.)
With the free download, you’ll receive an easy-to-use guide, music videos, drama videos (these videos are also available on YouTube), and other resources—everything you need to host your first virtual VBS.
We hope many churches will not give up on VBS this summer, despite the challenges, but, instead, will join us in being creative to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and biblical truth to congregations and neighborhoods.
