Terms & Conditions

By entering the prize drawing, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The prize drawing is being facilitated by Answers in Genesis.

Eligibility & How to Enter

1. It is free to enter, but you must agree to receive ministry updates from Answers in Genesis by text, and you must provide your legal name, cell phone number, and email address.
2. Each person may enter only one time. You may unsubscribe at any time, but if you unsubscribe and resubscribe later, you are not eligible for subsequent drawings.
3. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
4. To be eligible, you must be an active subscriber at the time of the drawing and have been an active subscriber for at least 30 days.
5. The monthly prize drawings will be held on Answers in Genesis’ last business day of each month, starting October 31, 2024. The annual drawing will be held on Answers in Genesis’ first business day in January, starting in 2026.
6. The monthly drawings will include all new subscribers for the preceding month who are active subscribers at the time of the drawing. Returning subscribers are not eligible.
7. The annual drawings will include all new subscribers for the preceding year. Returning subscribers are not eligible.
8. The winners will be drawn at random.
9. The prize for each monthly drawing is one Family Ultimate Bouncer Pass (includes the winner, as well as the spouse and the children of the winner who are 17 years of age or under) that is valid for one year from the date of the drawing.
10. The prize for each annual drawing is a Lifetime Boarding Pass (valid for the winner and the spouse and children of the winner).
11. Winners must, within seven (7) days, provide the legal names, email address, mailing address, and phone number for themselves as well as any family members to be included on the prize passes.
12. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no alternatives of cash equivalents will be offered.
13. The decisions of Answers in Genesis regarding any aspect of the prize drawing are final and binding, and no correspondence will be engaged regarding such.
14. The winner will be notified following each drawing by Answers in Genesis by text and by email, using the phone number and email address from the subscription, and Answers in Genesis will publish the name of the winner after each drawing.
15. Answers in Genesis will publish the names of winners in a manner deemed appropriate in AiG’s sole discretion which may include, but is not limited to, an announcement on the AiG website, a blog post, ministry update, or other method. By entering this drawing, you consent to publication of your name in the event you win a drawing.
16. Answers in Genesis will attempt to contact winners up to two times by text and/or email.
17. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) calendar days, the winner will lose the right to the prize. In such event, Answers in Genesis reserves the right to select a new winner in its sole discretion.
18. Answers in Genesis does not accept any liability for damage, loss, or injury of any kind suffered or alleged by any entrants as a result of participating in a drawing or being selected for a prize.
19. Answers in Genesis reserves the right to cancel a prize drawing or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, in its sole discretion.
