IncrediWorld/Mystery Island FAQ

1. We aren’t able to do a full VBS this year. Would IncrediWorld work for a backyard Bible club?

Yes! We have redesigned IncrediWorld to work in a home or backyard Bible club-type setting. All parts have been adjusted to be easily used by parents or volunteers in small-scale gatherings. We have even provided videos of the lessons and Incredibles features, along with additional science experiments (coming early June).

2. If I decide to host IncrediWorld this summer, will I be able to purchase Mystery Island products for next summer?

Yes, we will provide support for Mystery Island for both the 2020 and 2021 seasons. However, we are offering a special discount of 25% off Mystery Island products through December 31, 2020, so you may want to take advantage of that deal and purchase what you need later this year (use code VBS20PO).

3. If I purchased the Digital Pro for Mystery Island this summer, will I still have access to it for next year?

Yes, you will still have access to Digital Pro for Mystery Island through your myAnswers account. You can change the dates for your VBS, but please note that this will remove current registrants, and everyone will need to re-register for the updated VBS dates.

4. If I decide to host Mystery Island virtually this year, am I able to share the videos and images with my participants?

Yes, for this particular COVID-19 situation, we are granting use of videos and images from Mystery Island on social media and through online meeting programs through December 31, 2020, as long as you are not re-selling or redistributing them. Please do not post MI videos on YouTube, however, as they will likely be flagged for copyright violations. Instead, you can share links to the videos in the Mystery Island channel at YouTube.com/AnswersVBS.

5. Will Answers VBS be releasing a brand-new program for 2021?

Due to the uncertainty of the times, Answers VBS wants to be sure we are supporting our customers well. In light of this, we are offering Mystery Island for 2020 and 2021 and will refrain from releasing a new Answers VBS program for the 2021 season so that you can focus on ministering to your children safely during this time. We hope this makes your decision for this summer easier!

6. Will you be offering a virtual VBS program for the 2021 season?

IncrediWorld was redesigned for the current COVID-19 situation and will be available through December 31, 2020. For next summer, we have a variety of digital programs available for you to purchase if you are not able to use Mystery Island.

7. If I use IncrediWorld this summer, am I able to share videos and images through my online platforms?

Yes, for this particular COVID-19 situation, we are granting use of videos and images from IncrediWorld on social media and through online meeting programs through December 31, 2020, as long as you are not re-selling or redistributing them. 8. Can I share IncrediWorld songs with my kids?

Yes! You can purchase licenses to distribute the songs from here, or you can share IncrediWorld playlists on Spotify.

9. Can I use myAnswers to register children for IncrediWorld?

Yes! An IncrediWorld theme is available on myAnswers and can be upgraded to Digital Plus for a special COVID-19 price of $9.99 (normally $39.99)! Please note: Because this is a separate VBS program, Digital Plus needs to be purchased separately from other Digital Pro or Plus options you have may have purchased for other Answers VBS programs in the past.
