No, when you complete your registration, you should receive immediate confirmation on the screen (with an order number); this will be followed by an email confirmation that contains your tickets. Please follow the link in the email to retrieve your attraction admission tickets. From there, you can print your ticket(s), download them to your Apple Wallet, or select View Tickets to display them on a digital device. You will need to present your ticket to enter.

Yes, 2–3 weeks before the event we will email all registered attendees a letter with arrival instructions and helpful details.

We ask that only women attend the Answers for Women conference.

When you arrive at the Ark Encounter (1 Ark Encounter Dr., Williamstown, KY 41097), present your ticket (on your phone or printed) to the parking attendant for free parking. As you approach the bus pickup area, please show your ticket (either printed or on your phone) to board the bus that will take you to the Welcome Center.

At the Welcome Center, show your ticket (either printed or on your phone) to go through the admission lines. You will then make your way to the Answers Center where the event is being held and where you will receive your name badge.

Your registration includes a 5-day pass to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and is included in the conference ticket you are emailed. This pass is valid April 6–13 and must be used within five consecutive days, including Weekend Answers for Women conference dates. PLEASE NOTE: The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS during this time frame.

The Greater Cincinnati/N. KY Airport (CVG), located about 10 minutes from the Creation Museum and 45 minutes from Ark Encounter.

Our partner hotels offer special rates to Ark Encounter guests. To receive these rates, please book your hotel at ArkEncounter.com/places-to-stay.

There are no shuttles provided from the airport or hotels to the Creation Museum or Ark Encounter. If you fly in, you will need to rent a car. Also, check with your hotel to see if they have a shuttle to and from the airport.

Registration does not include meals. You may prepurchase box lunches with your registration for Friday and Saturday. Food is sold in the Answers Center lobby and Emzara’s Buffet, next to the Ark. There may also be other food vendors available.

Requests for an ASL interpreter must be submitted at least 40 days prior to the start of the conference. This form is intended for guests who have already registered. This form is not a registration page.

All sales are final, and there are no refunds except for health reasons. Cancellations requested in writing 60 days prior to the event will be refunded, minus a 25% cancellation fee. Refunds requested less than 60 days prior to the event will be refunded, minus a 50% cancellation fee.
