Lazarus taxon are creatures that disappear in the fossil record only to reappear later. A certain type of rock rat was assumed extinct for 11 million years but was discovered at a meat market. Coelacanth fish “disappeared” 65 million years ago only to be found alive.
If something vanishes from the fossil record evolutionists assume it went extinct. But that bad assumption only comes from their wrong view of the fossil record.
It’s not a record of slow and gradual processes over eons. Most fossils were formed just thousands of years ago, during Noah’s flood. It’s no surprise we find fossil creatures alive and well today.
