Did Marriage Evolve?

According to the evolutionary view, everything’s a product of evolution, including marriage. In this view, marriage can continue evolving to be whatever our society wants it to be.

But marriage didn’t evolve! God’s Word gives us the real origin of marriage. God created mankind male and female and brought them together in the first marriage. It isn’t a societal, government, or even a human institution. God invented marriage, so it’s his institution.

We don’t have the right to change and redefine what God has created. He designed marriage to be between a man and a woman for life—that’s the definition of marriage.
