Transcript

Last year scientists observed something surprising: packs of Ethiopian wolves licking nectar from red hot poker flowers. This is the first time a large meat-eating predator has been observed eating nectar. It might even make them the largest pollinators!

This observation is a reminder of a time when everything was vegetarian. You see, Genesis tells us that, at the beginning, everything ate plants. It wasn’t until after sin entered God’s creation that animals started eating each other.

These wolves are a reminder of a lost world. But also that someday, when Jesus returns, he’s going to restore his creation.
