A recent article claimed the universe is in its “sixth and final era.” According to this view, the universe began with a big bang and will end when there’s zero energy available. And this is just another reason Christians should reject the big bang model!

You see, the “big bang” and the Bible are not compatible. The big bang model doesn’t just make claims about the past that contradict Genesis, it also makes claims about the future. And those claims also contradict the Bible!

You see, the Bible says the universe will end when Christ judges the earth with fire, not when all the energy has been used up.
