Transcript

Many Christians today hold to a view called “evolutionary creation.” Basically, they believe in millions of years of evolution, but say that God directed the process. But ultimately, this belief shows a low view of Scripture.

You see, if you read Genesis, you won’t find a hint of millions of years or evolution in the text itself. Instead, you’ll read about God speaking and bringing everything into existence from nothing over six days. No evolution—just God’s incredible power.

To believe in millions of years and evolution, Christians must add those ideas into the Bible. And that makes man the authority, not God.
