If you swim in the ocean and get smacked in the face with seawater, you’ll experience how salty the ocean is! But it’s actually not salty enough. What do I mean?
Well, every year, over three hundred million tons of salt are eroded from the continents and dumped into the oceans. So the ocean gets saltier every year. Now, if the oceans started out with no salt, they’d reach their current salinity in just over forty million years. But the oceans are thought by evolutionists to be three billion years old! They should be so salty today that we could walk on them!
That’s a problem for the evolutionary worldview. But from a biblical worldview, the earth and the big oceans are young.
