It’s Thanksgiving Day today in America. On this day, we thank the Lord for his daily provision and grace and all the many, many blessings he’s given us.
Now, of course, sometimes, it’s hard to be thankful, especially when we’re experiencing difficult circumstances. But we should be filled with thanksgiving no matter what, because God has solved our biggest problem.
See, our biggest problem isn’t economic, social, or even in our own family. It’s the sin that separates us from a holy God. But Jesus Christ took our place, dying for our sin. We’re forgiven of our sin and given eternal life with God when we repent and believe.
Thank you, Lord!
