In Romans chapter 1, the Holy Spirit, through Paul, mentions homosexual behavior. It’s one of the sins God turns a culture over to when people have rejected the knowledge of God. But some Christians argue this passage isn’t about loving, committed same-sex relationships—it’s only about abusive practices, they claim.

You see, at the time, there were indeed horrible abuses that took place, but Paul doesn’t go into detail about those. He just condemns all homosexual acts as rebellion against God’s design. And that’s how Christians throughout history have understood this passage!

Many professing Christians are twisting the Scriptures today. Don’t do it!
