The Bible’s an utterly unique book. It was written in a variety of genres and in three different languages. God used approximately forty different authors and each had their own writing style and purpose for writing. And the Bible was completed over the span of fifteen hundred years.
You’d expect such a book to be inconsistent and have many different themes. But that’s not what you find in the Bible! It’s utterly consistent, focusing on the human condition and what God has done about it, from cover to cover. In short—it’s all about a Savior, Jesus!
The Bible claims to be the Word of God and its incredible consistency confirms that.
